We offer customized course menus tailored to your budget, starting from ¥22,000. Centered around premium rare ingredients such as shark fin and bird’s nest, each dish is thoughtfully composed for the day’s experience. Seasonal vegetables are also incorporated to create a table that is both elegant and rich in depth. If you have specific requests for rare delicacies such as bear paw, please feel free to consult us at least one day in advance.
